1. The Promoter

The promoter is Canon Europa N.V., registered at Bovenkerkerweg 59-61, 1185 XB, Amstelveen, the Netherlands (“Canon”).

2. About the Offer

2.1. Participants

2.1.1. All Participants must be aged 18 or over (“Participants”).

Distributors and other resellers are excluded from the offer. Retailers and distributors are not eligible to participate on behalf of their customers.

2.1.2 All Participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.2. Bundle, Territory and Periods

2.2.1 You have purchased the bundle consisting of Canon EOS 1D-X III, SanDisk Extreme PRO® CFexpress® Card 64GB and SanDisk Extreme PRO® CFexpress® Card Reader (“Bundle”). The card-reader (“Card-reader”) is not included in your bundle package, and you are eligible to redeem it by making a claim online. Such online claims can be done only within the period 14/02/2020 and 31/07/2020.

2.2.2 You can claim only one Card-reader per Bundle.

3. Redemption

3.1 To redeem the Card-reader, the Participant must purchase the Bundle AND make a valid claim online. The claim must be made between 14/02/2020 and 31/07/2020.

3.2 To make a claim, please complete the following:

(i) Correctly complete and submit an online claim form www.canon-europe.com/cfexpress (including your personal details and product details specifying valid product serial number(s) etc.). * For help on where to find your serial number

(ii) Scan, upload and attach to the online claim form a copy of your till receipt, or order confirmation for internet purchases (including VAT).

(iii) Participants will then receive an email confirming that their claim has been received. If the Participant fails to receive any confirmation email within 24 hours of submitting his/her claim, please contact our Hotline +353 16 990 990 or email canon@promotion-support.com

3.3 Upon receipt and verification of the claim, Canon will arrange for the Card-reader to be delivered to the Participant within 90 days.

3.4 Canon will not process any claims which are incomplete or illegible. Canon will not be responsible for claims delayed or not successfully received.

4. Disclaimers

4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any Participant under this offer. However, nothing in these terms and conditions shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Canon’s liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Canon’s employees or agents.

4.2. Canon reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this offer at any time without incurring any liability whatsoever but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to the Participant in order to avoid undue disappointment.

4.3. Canon reserves the right to audit any claims to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions and to request additional information and supporting documents. Canon reserves the right to exclude claims and/or Participants if it suspects that the offer is being abused in any way.

Canon’s decisions in relation to the offer are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Personal Data

Canon Europa N.V., 59 Bovenkerkerweg, 1185 XB, The Netherlands, is the Data Controller in respect of any personal data supplied by Participants. The personal data provided shall only be used for the purpose of administering this offer. It will be held securely and may be transferred on a secure server outside the EEA. The personal data collected from Participants is subject to the Canon Consumer Privacy Policy [https://myid.canon/canonid/#/policy].

6. Jurisdiction

As you are a participating consumer, laws of your country of residence will apply to this Offer, and You may be entitled to bring court proceedings in your own language and in your local courts. A local consumer advice organization will be able to advise you on your rights. These Terms do not restrict any statutory rights that may be applicable.
